Italian term

la play

Italian to English Other Games / Video Games / Gaming / Casino
I'm having problems with the lsat part of this text. I know that play relates to PlayStation ..but I can't for the life of me work out how to re-work the sentence starting with Mi sembrava...
Any ideas as to what he is trying to say?

Here is the context - it's written by a Moto GP racer. Thanks.

To me it seemed like being in a perfect opportunity,

when playing with the PlayStation, you conquer all the championship and always leaving the game making yourself feeling superior.

neutral Ivana UK : gramatically incorrect and doesn't sound English...

I felt like I was running the perfect race

I felt like I was running the perfect race, when you start the playstation championship always from the last place of the race as you feel like a superior racer....wow cool!
Note from asker:
thanks potra - this seems to be heading in the right direction. I had something similar but I'll wait for other answers if they come.

agree Chiara Righele : this reflects the meaning (even though "stagione perfetta" is not literally a "perfect race"... another translation may be better for this bit)

“I felt like I was on a winning streak,

…one of those periods when on the PS you cockily stride through the whole championship starting last in every race out of sheer pride/superiority/vanity/snootiness… way cool!”

play station

It felt like a winning season, when you make a point of starting at the bottom of the grid in a PS championship out of sheer pride and breeze right through it...wicked!
