Portuguese term

Rodízio Non Stop à Mineirão

Portuguese to English Other Cooking / Culinary Part of a menu
I know that a Rodizio is a sort of all-you-can-eat steakhouse and that there is a stadium in Belo Horizonte called, I think, Mineirão. But, sorry if I'm thick, I don't see the connection. and how to put it in to English. I've got as far as Non Stop Rodízio (with explanation of what it is)....
Any bright ideas? Many thanks for any suggestion.

Discussion

Paul Dixon Jun 19, 2010:
Rodízio Yes, indeed - Rodízio de Massas (very popular in Curitiba, Brazil) is my favourite. There is also Rodízio de Pizza, which was very popular in my University days so many aeons ago - a group of us would go to the local Grupo Sérgio, stuff ourselves with Pizzas, and then stagger back to class! The idea is that waiters keep bringing different kinds of meat, or pasta, or pizza, or whatever in endless sequence, until you burst or signal you have had enough (some "rodízios" have a flag system, green if you want more and red if you don't)

suesimons, here's the site for the restaurante, it's in Porto:

Thank you both for your helpful comments. Antonio, I dont know the name of the restaurant, just that it is somewhere in Portugal, rather than Brazil.
Floriana Leary Jun 5, 2009:
That was my impression also, that is why I suggested to put (à Mineirão) behind it, it could be a 'special' type of food or one that is known there, but also that has a lot to offer due to the size of the stadium. I also agree with Antonio that perhaps you should not put 'steak-house', rodízio can also be for other types of food ... if you generalize it, it might be safer. Good luck!
rodízio & mineirão Rodízio is not necessarily of steak, can be of any kind or combination of food. Mineirão more in general can also mean something or someone big coming from Minas Gerais state or typical of that state.

House(-Style) Barbecue

What is the name of the restaurante? If it is Minerão, you could just call it it House Barbecue or House Rodizio, or some such name. (In the restaurante cited, this is, in fact, a meat dish).

* Rodizio Non stop à Mineirão
