fixing problem

judging from the partial sentence, 障害駆けつけ means sending a field engineer or SE to a customer site to fix the problem/s. 機動力 means "resource"(a group of personnel assigned for a certain task). if you post the entire sentence, i might be able to give you better english.

neutral Ronald Tanaka : I think your understanding is partially correct. However, Fixing problem for 障害駆けつけ will be a rather generic term. Also, 機動力 does not necessarily mean a group of personnel.
