I see that some of the "full-bodied" in the links above actually refer to the wine and not the tannins. However, there are still plenty to back up "full-bodied tannins"

(well-)structured

"...firm, well-structured tannins". The tannin provides the structure of a wine and the amount and type of tannin (rough, smooth) dictates the mouthfeel (full-bodied, light) and, ultimately, the ageing potential of a wine.
