Current determination and hard work make it more successful.

It seems that the sentence is:
Kyo ga mata shigoto de isogashii ni naru masu.

Today becomes busy at work again.

I think it should be written as "kyou ga mata shigoto de isogashiku narimasu「今日が又仕事で忙しくなります」".

"Isogashiku narimasu" not "isogashii narimasu". If an i-form adjective is followed by a verb". The i-ending of the adjective changes to be -ku. But if the adjective is na-form adjective, the adjective is conjugated by na.
For example:

Shizuka --> quiet
shizukana machi --> quiet city
shizuka ni narimasu --> become quite
