French term

la plus grande écoute possible

French to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research marketing blurb on staff training and customer service
I see that "customer service" has been offered for previous Kudoz questions for "écoute". However in my case, it would mean saying customer service twice.
"Focus" has also been suggested but a "big focus" isn't very convincing. so I'm not sure...

"Le groupe s’engage ainsi à fournir à ses clients le meilleur service et la plus grande écoute possibles, en leur proposant des solutions globales et locales."

I am all ears... :-)
Many thanks

responsive(ness)

..; leaves you free to (re)use solutions later in the phrase:

"pledges to deliver the best, most responsive customer services through both global and locally-tailored/geared solutions"

difficult to wrap in other possibilities such as **customer voice** (which makes it difficult to use the passive)

and away you go... :)

best response/solutions to their needs

"ecoute" implies that they are open to what their customers expect and want from the service. i.e. our customers say they want this, well, we're listening, and we've provided it.
I think this works well with service: ...is committed to providing its customers with the best possible service and response/solutions to their needs.

wide consultation / customer input

I think in this context "grande" is used in the sense of being wide-ranging and broad.

I would suggest that it means that the Group will take on board suggestions from its customers; that the Group will consult widely with its customers to that end.

To break it down more literally, the Group will "listen" to a wide range of customers and (presumably) act on their suggestions to provide the best customer service possible.

neutral Tony M : I think 'écoute' really implies something rather different from mere 'support' / Not really, from the ways I've usually encountered it in FR. i would say it's more about listening to what customers want, feedback, etc., rather than the idea of 'as
