Unless you provide more context, all your replies will be inconsistent guesswork of very little use to you. What else is on the list, for example?

High-risk investment

Declined
If the client just wants to refer to a high-risk investment, you should avoid other terms which may be correct, but are relatively uncommon. (High-risk investment yields 62,000 Google hits, while risk output yields 1,630). You might mark it for the client. If they´re just referring to an inversión de alto riesgo, go with high-risk investment. If it´s something more peculiar, risk output could be appropriate.

Escape clause

Declined
18 years of writing contracts in English, that is the only translation that makes legal sense to me. However, the words "escape clause" would never be used in the contract itself, only to refer to the nature of a particular clause in a contract. It refers to a clause which allows one or more of the parties to free himself from the obligations of the contract under certain specific conditions.
