English term

boast his own bowser

English to Spanish Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
Hola,

¿alguien sabe qué quiere decir esta expresión?
Muchas gracias.

Contexto:
Despite all the adulation, big bucks and fanfare, Michael is a very private person. His wife Corinna Betsch and their two children steer well clear of the spotlight, preferring to keep themselves in his 50 million dollar home in Lake Geneva which is said to incorporate an underground garage and gas station.

Whether or not he does ***boast his own bowser***, the Red Baron clearly can’t get enough of petrol fumes. His obsession with racing started early. He and his brother Ralf used to hare round the local kart race track as boys. Their father was the track’s groundsman and their mother used to sell sausages on race days.

disponer de su propio surtidor de combustible

Although it sounds as if it should be an expression, and it certainly rolls off the tongue, but I think it's probably word for word in this particular case.
