Typo? I am fairly sure this is a typo for another substance (perhaps hydrofluoric acid) because as written and translated below it looks like a new compound, for which it is difficult to imagine its formula. I may be utterly wrong, but I recommend caution......

fluoro-nitric acid

More widespread than fluo-nitric I believe.
A mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
