The following is the only reference to this word. I assume it means its resistence to rain but am not sure and don't know how to translate in one word. Can anyone help? Many thanks

if you need only one word, solubility may be an option

Pesticide Properties. Four chemical properties thataffect pesticide movement are solubility, adsorption, volatility, and degradation.Solubility. The tendency of a pesticide to dissolve inwater affects its leaching potential. As water seepsdownward through soil, it carries with it water-solu-ble chemicals. This process is called leaching. Watersolubility greater than 30 milligrams per liter (or partsper million) has been identified as the “flag” for a po-tential leacher. Highly soluble pesticides have a ten-dency to be carried in surface runoff and to beleached from the soil to groundwater. Poorly solublepesticides—applied to soil but not incorporated—have a high potential for loss through runoff or erosion
