agree Ron Armon : I agree "Animus contrahendi" is exactly the term for the whole sentence: http://milon.g.co.il/targum/Animus contrahendi. If you want to avoid Latin (why?)you can use: "Determination/Resolve (to sign an agreement)" or simply "decision" (גמר אומר=החליט)..
