delicias de foie

Spanish to English Other Cooking / Culinary menu
I'm translating the menu for a posh wedding at a 5 star hotel on the Costa del Sol, and one of the starters reads: "delicias de foie envueltas en jamón ibérico..." Can it be "foie delights..? TIA for your help.

foie delights

foie gras nibbles

Si se trata de foie gras, nunca lo he visto como "foie" solo... yo usaría una palabra como nibbles en lugar de delights
Peer comment(s):

agree Carol Gullidge : I assume it is "foie gras", by which it's known both in France and UK - unless of course it does simply mean common or garden liver - which seems unlikely. Not sure about the nibbles part, but I can't think of anything better right now!//Happy Christmas!

Thanks Carol. Yes, there is a word there that keeps eluding me... but as I said before, I would not use delights in this case. Season's greetings!
neutral danishka37 : I would say "foie gras bites".
