I think that this is close to what is required . I think it's meant as a positive not a negative in that the conditions of the leasing contract are accepted in view of the goodwill provided to the individual stores within a large structure ( a shopping centre). I've just realised that a bit before would have helped with the other answers. A negative meaning makes little sense to me and that's why I was confused in the first place. |
