isoatomic звучит убедительно, но в гугле отсутствует напрочь.
Насчет одномерности, думаю, что в природе все решетки трехмерные.

На самом деле словa homoatomic/heteroatomic - широко употребляемые в химии и физике термины ( http://tinyurl.com/6poomm ), так что насчет плохо говорящих аспирантов я несколько сомневаюсь...

Я думаю так, если нужно простое и понятное выражение, потому что "атомы одного сорта" = "(химические) элементы".
В зависимости от контекста, может подойти также uniform lattice (однородная решетка).
Стандартного выражения, похоже, нет (по крайней мере мне в голову не приходит, а я специализируюсь в физике твердого тела).
Monoatomic - точно наукообразно и, вероятно, будет понято, но скорее ассоциируется с "толщиной в один атом"
