"Receives the customer and provides the loan application forms which will then be sent in for approval."
The terminology is totally different. You go to the bank for a loan. You sit down and a person gives you a loan application form to fill in (corredo istruttorio). This is then sent off to the credit department for approval which will take a few days/weeks.
