Threats from human settlements If you are translating from this:http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache:Hbkvzzc4NjAJ:images.wis... then it just means its literal meaning because it comes under the definition of "Threats from human settlements or other non-agricultural land uses with a substantial footprint." I have never heard that this phrase can mean " a skyscraper."
