Hi dear, my gut feeling (can we say it a proz or will I be banned for the use of inappropriate language? :) is leaning toward OSP (operating system environment)..but you do need an expert opinion, and I'm not qualified here.

This Googles 6 and I've never seen it. I can only imagine that they mean a system environment. Most system environments these days are desktop environments, the environment you see when you power up your PC or Mac.
Naturally of course my old son (as you would probably say), bit more context would 'elp.

This is the only relevant hit I saw, which confirmed my guess. It is a typo/careless error for Ambiente di sistema , which is a system environment.
