agree Yasser El Helw : Impingement is the correct word. What is squeezed here is the disc itself. Though probable, we do not know that there is any nerve involvement.

neutral Yasser El Helw : What "pinzamiento" means (I think) is loss of height (squeezing) of the disc. Slipping, prolapse or herniation are different situations (I think)! "Narrowing" is fine :-)
