Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect in the event that:

(a) an administration order is made in respect of the other party or an order is made or an effective resolution is passed for the liquidation or winding up (or any similar judicial process) of the other party (except for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction);

网上查了一下，查出来一个“遗产管理令”感觉明显不是，翻译成“行政管理令”则好像是工商局有关。英文定义如下，但怎么翻译好呢？

An Administration Order is a court order which covers your outstanding debts. Under it you would make a monthly payment to the court, who will then distribute that money on a pro rata basis amongst your creditors.
