Like the previous question, this is from a telemarketing script. This time in isolation:
"No REFERRAL"
So in the case the target says "no", => proceed to perform REFERRAL.
I have encountered it before, so now I would like to know the standard term for this in Dutch.

M.a.w. als de "target" nee zegt, probeer dan van hem/haar een introductie bij iemand anders te krijgen (die wellicht wel te porren is voor wat deze telemarketeer te bieden heeft).

verwijzing
When you refer someone it means you send them to see someone else. So a general practitioner might refer a patient to a specialist. The Dutch term for this is "verwijzing" or "doorzenden".

It looks to me like Dennis agrees with me although his agreement is listed with the other answer. In reply to Katja, "verwijzing" fits in place of Sindy's answer as well. The telemarketer can't manage to clinch the sale so he makes a "verwijzing" to someone else, his superior or a more experienced telemarketer who may be able to persuade the wavering prospect to make the purchase.
