Франшиза может быть условной или безусловной и устанавливается в процентах к страховой сумме или в абсолютном размере:
- *при условной (невычитаемой) франшизе* Страховщик не несет ответственности за убыток, не превышающий величину франшизы, но возмещает убыток полностью при превышении им величины франшизы;
Franchise can be deductible and deductible integrated and is established either in percentage to the insurance indemnity or in absolute figures:
- under deductible franchise the Insurer shall not bear responsibility for loss not exceeding franchise the amount but compensates the loss in full under exceeding the franchise amount;
