I am a bit stumped by there not being a *number* of microns. The term is clearly applied to a specific finish and used extensively.

microbead(ed) paint/lacquer
Given that the list is one of different textures and finishes, I suspect this should be "micro" and is short for "microbillée", a term we have encountered here before, only, as far as I remember, for bare metal finishes rather than paintwork.
Whether the paint is "microbeaded" or, the substrate having been microbeaded, lets the "blasted" metal finish appear through the paint, I do not know. At any rate, there are a number of hits for "laque microbillée" and "peinture microbillée".
Of course it might be "microbead paint" (qv on the Ouèbbhe), one I gather contains tiny beads of some material that appears to have some effect on light refraction and what-not.
