The Landlord is entitled at any time to assign its rights (including Landlord’s right to receive payments from the Tenant), wholly or partially, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement *with* an Affiliated company or any other person, without obtaining the prior consent of the Tenant. NON CAPISCO!!

a quanto ne so io (e a quel che vedo da quanto scritto sui documenti in lingua inglese - siano essi contratti oppure no), "assign... with" significa (semplicemente) "assegnare a":

Per come leggo io il tuo contratto, il Locatore può, in qualunque momento, assegnare/trasferire/cedere, ecc. in toto o in parte i propri diritti (ivi incluso quello relativo al pagamento) risultanti da, o relativi al, contratto, a una Società collegata/affiliata o a un qualunque altro soggetto, senza previo consenso scritto del Locatario (traduzione "all'impronta" da limare e adattare al contesto come meglio credi).
Comunque, se hai ancora dubbi sull'interpretazione da dare a "to assign... with", ti suggerisco di postare su EN>EN, dove qualche madrelingua inglese verrà senz'altro in tuo aiuto (o, almeno, spero!).

Secondo me quel "with" si riferisce all'Agreement e non al verbo "assign". In realtà, "to assign its rights" si ricollega con "without obtaining the prior consent of the Tenant".

: Ciao Diana. Il primo "with" si riferisce sicuramente ad "Agreement", come dici tu, ma il secondo dipende da "rights" e, a mio avviso, si riferisce a "Affiliated company" e "any other person".
