agree Nelida Kreer : Of COURSE. Checks usually run "PAY to the order of...." y ese es el destinatario, o PAYEE. El emisor del cheque es el DRAWER, y el Banco contra el cual se emite, o quien debe pagar el cheque, es el DRAWEE.
