Access
Improvements required to gain access on to part of the warehouse roof and new solar array could be provided at the same time and we would propose installation of approved purpose made steps with safety hand rails, utilising the flat roof above the stair/link between the office and warehouse.

Existing **louvred windows** will be adjusted/modified and together with the redundant flue dilution terminals, air for combustion and ventilation will be improved to meet current requirements and recommendations.
