Each bondholder, warrant holder or holder of a certificate that was issued with the cooperation of the company can, in exchange for production of his security, obtain a copy of these documents free of charge at the company´s registered office.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Ovviamente è giusto pensare che tali certificati e titoli non possano comunque essere emessi 'senza' la cooperazione della società ma forse questa è un forma ridondante per dire che potrebbero invece essere emessi da 'un'altra' società e si desidera pertanto specificare che sono stati emessi proprio dalla società di cui si sta parlando...
