Change log

Jul 4, 2008 22:56: Pavel Janoušek changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): petr jaeger, Radovan Pletka, Pavel Janoušek

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Radovan Pletka Jul 4, 2008:
Radovan Pletka Jul 3, 2008:
pokud chcete preklad breach of community order, polozte dalsi otazku Kudoz s timto dotazem
Non-ProZ.com (asker) Jul 2, 2008:
It is issued by National Probation Service for England and Wales.
This offender must attend Nottingham Magistrates Court, the letter does not states the offence, only says; he failed to attend his "Induction" with the Offender Manager PSO, from Probation Services as instructed without acceptable explanation. He was previously warned about failing to comply with his order and he must now attend court for "breach of the order". Failure to attend court will mean that a warrant without bail may be applied and he will be arrested and brought before the court. ..He is also advised to consult a solicitor about these "breach proceedings"... It is in his interest to contact the "Enforcement Officer" before this Court hearing. ~ That is just about all the content of the letter. I suppose to help to translate (all of it)! It is for the Probation Service and from Notts County Hall Interpret. Services.. I'm sorry I can't be any more help, but big thank you for your interest. Andrea E.
Radovan Pletka Jul 2, 2008:
Please once again, it is important to know what court, which place and what country, what level, civil or criminal, why the guy got the community order, please be as detailed as possible. If you want to translate something, you need to have all the info.
Non-ProZ.com (asker) Jul 2, 2008:
Breach of Community Order "Letter of Notification of Breach Proceedings" I'm guessing =" Uvedomeni o zahajeni soudniho rizeni" ?? It's about Law Offender failing to turn up for his Community Order- which was "Unpaid Work"= (Verejne prospesna cinnost)? and as a result he receives this Letter of...ordering him to attend the Court hearing.
Not sure how to translate "Breach of Community Order" very well aether.

Thank U Radovan for interest!
Radovan Pletka Jul 1, 2008:
Context would be helpful, what court, what level, where, what proceedings, etc, etc.

Note from asker:
Michaelo moc vam dekuju, presne to vystihuje situaci. Snad se mi jednou podari nekde objevit/zakoupit Slovnik specializujici na pravo a advokacii.
Peer comment(s):

Tohle asi nejpresneji popisuje situaci, kterou jste popsala
Note from asker:
Peer comment(s):

agree Pavel Janoušek : Pro formu, kdybychom to v budoucnu potrebovali: oznameni o zahajeni...
