Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Bucket elevator machine

This is a manual for a chain-driven elevator machine and when the "agujero coligo del tensor llega a su fin" the chain must be replaced.
I thought perhaps "adjustment hole" or "adjustment slot", but I would like someone to confirm this for me in case it's something else.
