I can't post my exact context here, but it's similar to this excerpt from "Le Monde":
"Qui fait la sieste paie ses dettes...Pour compenser ce que les médecins appellent la « dette de sommeil », rien n'est plus efficace que de dormir vingt minutes dans la journée. Quoi de meilleur qu'une sieste ?"
I need to find a snappy saying in English for this section title ... so far I have "a nap a day keeps the banker away" or "keeps the sandman away"? Ideas welcome...
