It's not clear from your question which level of education this involves or in what context it appears.

If it is at the course level, in my experience it is not likely that this would ever appear on a report card or school record in an English-speaking country. Normally in such case no credit would be given for the course, and the course would either not appear on the report or appear with a note such as 'not completed' or 'no credit awarded', depending on the policy of the school, and the student would probably be expelled from the course and might be expelled from the term or the school, depending on the circumstances.

In NA usage, 'fraude' would usually be called 'cheating' in primary school (and possibly in secondary school -- in any case informally), or 'violation of scholastic and/or ethical standards' in a more formal register (typically at higher levels of education) or 'violation of the Honor Code' in schools with the honor code system.

I suppose that if the student were expelled from the term or the school this would be reported in some form (more or less euphemistically) on the record, but I doubt that most schools would explicitly report misconduct at the individual course level.
