A tool that you will find underneath the table top and which will, presumably, clip on to the raidisseurs to make it easier to tighten them.

agree Bourth (X) : Though not sure about "clip-ON handle" which makes it sound as if the handle is for carrying sth rather than manipulating the clip (as I understand it). Haven't seen many tables with carry handles!

I think you are confusing "clip-on" and "clip on". It's not a carry handle, rather a handle that clips on to the bit that needs tightening - then you put it into the toolbox for when the table gets wobbly.
