in my opinion they're talking about a sales campaign and it makes me think about a clothing manufacturing company which is stipulating a contract with an agent. Therese may explain us!

i'm suggestion that these are two more of the many of the "misued" terms that we find taken from english. hence therese cannot leave them as they stand, as they don't mean anything IMHO.
