wine descriptions
Must be terribly obvious but I am being especially thick today.
There's a list of different wines, each one having three short paragraphs about them.
Vinificiation :
Dégustation:
Consommation :
Here are two examples for "Consommation" :
"Servi frais (9°c), il s’accorde pleinement sur des fruits de mer, des poissons en sauce et des viandes blanches. "
"Servi frais (10°c), il accompagne à la perfection des huîtres, des crustacés et du poison."

serving suggestion(s) OR tips
Lots of different ways to word it, but basically, it simply means 'instructions / advice about the best way to serve this wine'

I rather like Mark's suggestion of 'recommendations', but paired with my 'serving'!

: Really not natural, and quite unsuitable for the register required here / Sorry, but do you honestly believe the style of the earnest article you quote fits the given context?

Food Pairing
Wine and Food pairings is an individual choice. Every person's sense of taste is different. In general, each person should decide for him or herself what combinations of wine and food taste good - don't worry about what anyone else says should work. However, I understand this is difficult when a wine drinker is just starting out. Hence, this listing.

: Apart from the fact that this sounds slightly clinical, I do feel that it might not be general enough to cover all eventualitites, particularly since they also refer to the serving temperature.

: I'd like to make it 'serving recommendations', but I certainly think this is a strong contender.
