English to Romanian Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering

The parties shall sign a contract of general entrepreneurship concerning the construction of the Building accorrding to the construction permit as follows:
- total developed area...hectares
- total surface, wharehousing and office buiing .....sqm, including sanitary rooms, kitchen and corridor between the offices
- along with related accesories consisting of high-racks
