More contractual stuff, on implementation/acceptance procedures:
« Le fournisseur est tenu de s'engager par écrit sur les dates de *levée de réserves* de la totalité des anomalies majeures et critiques, constatées durant l’ensemble du processus de validation. »
Is this the normal way to phrase it? I would have thought it was for the client, rather than the supplier, to "lift a reservation" once a fault has been rectified.

make good, carry out remedial work
Yes, the client expresses reserves, and they are "levées" through the remedial actions of the contractor. There are many ways of saying this, depending on the nature of the work involved.
Carrying out the work on the snagging list.
Completing the punch list.
Completing outstanding works
etc.

Garrrn. Pesky kudoz term search found 0 for "l. de r." but now that I retry, loads indeed for "réserve". Must remember not to imagine that it works like a term search ... |

Comment: "Thanks for helping clarify my thinking. In the end I recast it a little at most occurrences, generally with "rectification" to convey the point of making good."

withdrawal of reservations
I can't think of a closer translation than this and when Googled it looks appropriate.

Kari Foster
: I would probably say "lifting of reservations". This occurs when the customer has checked that remedial work has been done satisfactorily.

: I don't think there is a set phrase in this case, it's simply a case of any conditions being lifted when the works are completed
