Italian term

Potenza BF

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) radio communication
Hi folks and Happy New Year to all.
This is part of a table regarding the electrical characteristics of a naval radio communication system.
BF is really stumping me. Band Frequency? Low Frequency (Bassa Frequenza).
I cannot seem to decide between:BF output, BF potency, BF power and BF strength.
The table specifies
Potenza BF
valore tipico 0,5
unita di misura W
The lines that follow have to do with headphone impedance, the lines prior list the usual operating temperature, etc. specifications.
Any suggestions and/or links would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!!
Proposed translations (English)

I've just read wikipedia's LF article: it gives output power
Rachel Fell Jan 2, 2008:
I'd be inclined to go for Low frequency output, but not my field! think... is this comparable? http://www.mpr.it/prodotti/sistemiPMR/pdf/TR236-Trasponder.p...

Peer comment(s):

agree Alfredo Tutino : "LF power" - but not "potency": W (watt) is the SI unit for power (i.e. work/time). See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watt
