When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Protective può riferirsi anche nel caso di persone diversamente abili
operatore sociale, educatore ed esperto nella tutela dei diritti dei minori

Parto dal principio che sono alcune delle specializzazioni che si ottengono con una laurea in Scienze dell'educazione/Scienze della formazione. Quel "protective" compare prevalentemente su siti polacchi (almeno stando alle mie ricerche su Google) percio probabilmente è da prendere con le pinze.

Ripeto, ho tirato a indovinare, pensando a quel che so di questo tipo di laurea (in Italia) e della pletora di specializzazioni esistenti (sempre in Italia). In realtà, se non sbaglio, esistono anche indirizzi che formano educatori per gli adulti, ma in questo contesto (prtective) penso più a bambini o adolescenti. Ma ovviamente non posso esserne certa. Per quanto complicato, proverei a risalire alla denominazione polacca e provare chiedere a qualcuno che conosca la lingua a cosa corrisponde *davvero* in italiano.
