Hydrocholecystis is a rare term, I believe, hydrops occurs more frequently.
Quite a few of the pages I've seen treat mucocoele (also spelled mucocele) as a synonym of hydrops. However, there might be a difference in the contents of the gallbladder:
"Distended gallbladder containing clear and watery (hydrops) or mucoid secretions (mucocele), instead of bile."

After a little more research, I also found hydrocholecystitis (which also means hidrocolecisto) - several hits - given the meaning of the word - distensión de la vesícula biliar por acumulación de agua.
