holding
Hello everyone,
I'm working on a website for a company, and unfortunately I've become completely stuck on something that is... really... of primary improtance!
The company defines itself as "holding di partecipazioni e servizi", which is all very well, but I can't really work out what it is.
I've gotten to this point:
holding di partecipazioni = group holding company
holding di servzi =???
Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you very much,
Giuliana

(financial) service holding company

holding for sharings and financial services
Buon lavoro!

investment holding and services
Just an attempt to solve the puzzle!
holding di partecipazioni > investment holding/equity investment holding
servizi > services (investment-related)
I think your company could be a combination of both - especially if it operates in the Private Equity Investment sector, i.e. an (equity) investment holding and services company'.
"(equity) investment holding company" and "investment service(s) company" both throw out plenty of counts in Google UK, so it's feasible, I think.
