Particularly the term 特機 Tokkei. I think it's something like "Innovative Machines" Sales Team. I've seen this all over the web, and people seem to use Tokkei. But this is for a business card, so I really need a more definite description. I know it's an abbreviation of something... but what. Any thoughts most welcome!

特機, as you point out is "special machinery." I believe it is referring to order-made machinery, so how about OEM Sales Team? If you search for 特機 and OEM on Google you'll find a lot of sites that translate it this way.
