"Recovery stocks look particularly dangerous at the moment. People have made a lot of money from recovery investing. Now recovery stocks are relatively highly valued.

"Three years ago loads of companies were in trouble because of the economic cycle ... To be a recovery stock now at this stage of the economic cycle you have to have structural problems. Our portfolios are very much weighted to quality and growth."
