查询英文的尿红细胞文献，pleomorphic 一词绝少使用（事实上我一个也没看见）。关于morphology of red blood cells in urine, 看到的都是 dysmorphic vs. isomorphic.
Dysmorphic 本身意思是说不正常形。而红细胞正常情况下都应该是均一形的，所以我觉得这中文里的多形型就是dysmorphic. 利用尿中的红细胞是否畸形（也就是多形型）来判断炎症的起源。
