agree Marcelo Silveyra : Me parece que "damage" es demasiado específico para lo que acaba siendo el sustantivo de "afectar". Ésta en cambio me parece una buena opción

Damage

Another suggestion. One Google site uses the same terminology as you (standard?) and uses affectation which is wrong.
I think it's damage. In medicine afeccion is in fact damage.
