"deverbal" = "formed/derived from a verb", if I remember rightly.
"Enquanto" = "as", but that makes little sense on its own so I think we need to express it slightly differently. They're not *actually* adverbs, of course - she's just told us they're verb forms - but what she seems to be saying is that they behave in the same way that deverbal adverbs would.
Also
