Did you actually see the original business card? If yes, are they both on the same line, or under each other, or maybe in different fonts? If the company has a website, have a look if you can find the slogan/mission somewhere.

In fact this is what confused me!
The full description in the card is: "Mr XXX Head of Learning and Development Creating superior corporate performance TM"

Actually, the "creating superior corporate performance" is the company's slogan, and the TM is Trade Mark
