French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) fees for Company Directors
"Le Président-Directeur Général a par ailleurs renoncé à percevoir ses jetons de présence"

I know this means the "token" amount people get for attending Board meetings but am not sure what the correct term for this would be in English - any suggestions? Many thanks
