Spanish term

en el extranjero provenientes de fuente de riqueza ubicada en territorio nacioal

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
"Constancia de pagos efectuados a residentes en el extranjero provenientes de fuente de riqueza ubicada en territorio nacional" - got the meaning but in English it doesn't sound good any way. Any suggestions?
Also, in the same form, there is "clave unica de registro de poblacion" - is there a specific term for this in English? Thank you!

You need to put your second term in as a separate question (KudoZ rules insist on this)

Payments to nonresidents from sources of wealth located in national territory

A source of wealth is a person or an entity that makes a payment. In a personal note, I live in Mexico and sometimes do translations for people in the United States. The person or entity from which the payment originates is the source of wealth. So I send in the translation, then my invoice, and then receive payment here in Mexico where I live from a source of wealth (person or entity making the payment) based in the United States. This term is usually related to tax issues.
Hope this helps.

payments to residents living abroad from source income within the country

This question sounds lke it has something related to taxes. An individual can be a resident or non-resident for tax purposes and is defined by a number of factors. In fact a person can reside in the US for a period of time and be classified as a non-resident for tax purposes. This requires the use of a different tax form 1040NR.

'source income' is the tax term.
