French to English Tech/Engineering Wine / Oenology / Viticulture winemaking (and politics!)

This one ought to be easy enough to find, but my web searches have not produced anything I am suitably convinced by. It might just be me, but "phytosanitary" does not sound right for the description of a company/firm. "Plant health firm/company/organisation" did not give me enough hits for me to be convinced either. Could just be that I take a lot of convincing!

Anyone with suitable experience and knowledge out there to offer guidance?
