English to Italian Other Law: Contract(s) contratto di locazione

Ciao a tutti
sono alle prese con la traduzione di un contratto di locazione in cui
compare l'espressione in oggetto. Ho capito il senso, ma non riesco a
trovare un traducente efficace in italiano. Qualcuno potrebbe
aiutarmi?
Ecco un po' di contesto

the Rental Gap shall be the total Rental Income of all Step-up Leases
calculated at the respective last stepped Rental Income payable under
the respective Lease, less the Rental Income actually due under the
step-up regimes of all Step-up Leases for the period from Closing to
expiration of the last Step-up Lease as specified in Schedule 20.
