at least welfsels are guaranteed to exist, whereas I'd never heard of a welsel before you posted it. I suppose using that number of welfsels and cover 60% of it with office space is feasible...

Je kunt gelijk hebben, maar ik weet uit eigen observatie bij fabrikant Dycore dat kanaalplaten ook (altijd) worden voorgespannen.
Note from asker:
"Voorgespannen welfsels" also come up in the text every once in a while and this is possible with a vaulting, but not with a hollow-core slab. This context was not given, so there is no way you could have known, but it was not relevant to the question asked. Kluwer also confirms that welsel is a vaulting. Thank you for your help Harry :)
Erratum - Welfsel is given as vaulting, not welsel.
